How secure access works
BuildFoundry may need permission to work with the business tools you choose, including ChatGPT Business, Codex, GitHub, and other approved services. You decide which services and projects BuildFoundry may access.
Never share passwords, recovery codes, API keys, or other secrets through email, chat, or shared documents. Use only the approved secure connection process for the relevant service.
For supported credential-based connections, submitted secrets are transmitted to an external secrets vault. BuildFoundry retains a reference and connection status in its project records, not the plaintext credential. Your credential is not displayed to BuildFoundry personnel.
ChatGPT Business and Codex use authorized workspace membership and repository permissions. Do not submit your ChatGPT password or session credentials. BuildFoundry access must be explicitly authorized and can be revoked through the appropriate service.
Submitting a connection does not automatically activate access. Permissions and required approvals must be confirmed first.
